In this finance workshop, Jim Cain, with SunTrust Mortgage, will walk you through the qualification process from the lender’s perspective. You will learn how to accurately compare the features of today’s loan products, choose the right lender, understand risk based pricing and improve your closing rate by matching your buyer to a loan program that fits their qualifications and the property they wish to purchase.
