Keep a record of your classes as you take them. It will be much easier to identify the credits you are missing as your license renewal date arrives if you have an accurate account of the classes you have attended. We also recommend creating a file for your Certificates of Completion. File them as you complete them. The Real Estate Board requires you maintain education records for at least three years.
Get started early! Do not wait until the month your license is up for renewal. Continually take classes over your two year licensure term so you are not pressed at the deadline.
Take classes of interest to you. Education is meant to enhance your professional development. Take the opportunity to select classes that are interesting to you and will increase your knowledge and professionalism.
