Post Licensure (PL):
If you were licensed AFTER July 1, 2008 you will need 30 hours in your FIRST year. After your first renewal, you will complete Continuing Education every two years thereafter. There are three tracks to choose from to complete your 30 hour post licensure requirement:
- Residential
- Commercial
- Property Management
For the Residential track, you will need to complete 15 hours in Mandatory topics. This includes 3 hours each of:
- Ethics
- Fair Housing
- Real Estate Law
- Real Estate Agency
- Offer to Purchase
In addition to Mandatory topics, you will need 15 hours in Elective topics. Electives can be any topic of interest to you as long as it is approved for Post Licensure (PL) credit.
