Broker Continuing Education:As of July 1, 2008 all licensees holding a broker's license of any type must complete 24 hours of Broker Continuing Education every two years.
The 24 hours are broken down as follows:
- 8 hrs. Broker Management & Agent Supervision
- 3 hr. Ethics & Standards of Conduct
- 2 hrs. Fair Housing
- 1 hr. Law/Legal Updates
- 1 hr. Real Estate Agency
- 1 hr. Real Estate Contracts
- 8 hrs. Elective topics
To fulfill the requirement, brokers can take the salesperson 16-hour Continuing Education package and the 8 hour Broker Continuing Education course. We offer both classes monthly. To view our upcoming schedule, please see our Course Catalog.
